Welcome to Gale

Gale is an open-source GUI library for C++. While there are many such libraries, none of them make use of the full power of C++ to provide a truly intuitive and enjoyable GUI experience. Gale aims to (among other things):

• be simple to use;
• be lightweight;
• be multi-platform;
• be implemented using header files only;
• and provide native look and feel.

Currently Gale is in the early stages of development.

Project Hosted on Sourceforge.net

2007-01-16:

Gale is now hosted at sourceforge.net. Our first goal will be the release of gale-0.1, which will be a proof-of-concept implementation for Windows only.
